The Gluey hot glue pen from Bosch reveals at first glance that it is different. It fits comfortably into your hand like a jumbo marker pen, making it look particularly attractive. With five models in the colors „Evergreen”, „Lagoon Blue”, „Smoky Grey”, „Cupcake Pink“ and „Marshmallow“, it will give your creations a hot new look. It glues paper, textiles, plastic, cardboard, wood, stone, glass, leather and, unlike normal all-purpose adhesive, does not even stop at uneven surfaces. Everything it joins together holds within seconds – without the hassle of having to wait around for it to dry or holding objects in place. To do this, the Gluey uses mini glue sticks: The range available includes transparent, colored and glitter glue.

1001 projects, from greetings cards to purses – every creation will be unique
The Gluey is ideal for spontaneous ideas as well as more time-consuming projects: Customize greeting cards with rhinestones, buttons or cord, illustrate your memory books with shells or entry tickets, create gift packaging tailored to the occasion, glue ornaments made of folded paper or mosaics made from pearls and glass stones – the Gluey can do all this and much more. Basic repairs can also be done in no time. The Gluey hot pen joins together wooden toys which got damaged or broken and mends torn-off loops or buckles from textiles and footwear. The Gluey is also hot on the heels of the upcycling trend: For example, it can turn buttons, cans and brushes into decorative pictures and sculptures. There are no limits to creativity.

Switch on, heat up, get gluing!
The Gluey is extremely easy to use: Switch it on via a button on the end of the hot glue pen and place the glue stick of your choice into the compartment in the front part of the handle. A green LED ring indicates when it is ready to use: The LED flashing means that it is heating up, when it lights up permanently, the Gluey is ready to go – it takes no more than 60 seconds. The adhesive is then simply pushed forwards by a slider and can thus be metered precisely and in a controlled manner. The Gluey is powered by two rechargeable batteries with which up to 60 glue sticks can be processed. The green LED ring also indicates the charge status. If the light starts to flash rapidly, the batteries need to be recharged. To remove them, simply untwist the Gluey like a fountain pen. Then reinsert the batteries, twist the pen and you’re ready to go again – working with hot glue couldn’t be easier.

The Gluey is available from June. The prices given are recommended retail prices including VAT. Subject to change.
