Barrier-free collaboration between people and machines

Portable and mobile control panels offer one way of using 5G in manufacturing. Shopfloor workers can plug them into various systems and machines, regardless of type. The panels even support safety-critical applications such as kill switches. At the moment, such switches are usually still a fixed feature of each separate machine. 5G will change this, and wireless control panels will become increasingly popular.
