Bosch’s special-purpose machinery unit develops a system specifically to manufacture face masks.

At the Bosch plant in Stuttgart-Feuerbach, the project manager Heike Wurst explains how the line works. From the provisioning of materials to the final product, the process comprises seven steps. Within eight weeks, the project team designed the special-purpose machinery and put it into operation.
