Stuttgart – Bosch’s new Smart Home Eyes Outdoor Camera II is available now. Controllable via the Bosch Smart Camera app or integrated into the Bosch Smart Home system, it provides greater security at home. Moreover, it enhances the look of any house wall with its stylish and contemporary design and has been awarded the Red Dot Best of the Best Award.

Securely smart

The Eyes Outdoor Camera II from Bosch Smart Home makes outdoor areas around your home safer and simultaneously illuminates them – and accomplishes all this with a single compact device. The built-in full HD camera constantly keeps an eye on the surroundings at a diagonal 145° angle and distinguishes between human movements and those of a neighbour’s cat, for example. The masking function protects the privacy of neighbouring properties or other areas defined by the user.

Securely bright

Thanks to the DualRadar sensors, the built-in front light with up to 1100 lumens is instantly switched on whenever a movement is detected within a 180° radius. Additional top and bottom lights can be individually switched on and off; if desired, they can be pre-set to light up in more than 1500 different colours. All lighting options can be conveniently and individually controlled in the Bosch Smart Camera app.

Securely beautiful

Users who have a savvy sense for style and a fondness for sleek, modern design will likewise appreciate the Eyes Outdoor Camera II, which won both the Red Dot Best of the Best Award and the IF Design Award. Available in silver or anthracite metallic, this new security camera is a perfect fit for any home’s façade.

Securely free of follow-up costs

To utilise the complete range of functions of the Eyes Outdoor Camera II no additional subscription is required. The 100 most recently recorded video clips are stored with access protection in the cloud for one week free of charge. If required important clips can also be safed individually. In addition the optional Cloud+ subscription provides the opportunity to extend both the storage duration and the length of the video clips.

Securely loud

The Eyes Outdoor Camera II alerts its owners of motion in front of the camera via push notification. In the event of an unwanted visitor, the alarm can be triggered with a tap in the app, which repels the intruder with flashing red lights and a piercing, 75 decibel alarm. Practical: The Eyes Outdoor Camera II can also be used as an intercom system via the Bosch Smart Home app, for example, to inform parcel services of the delivery location.
