As of December 31, 2022, the Bosch Group employed 421,338 associates worldwide – 18,724 more than the previous year. Headcount at the supplier of technology and services increased in all regions, with most of the growth in the Americas and Asia Pacific. In research and development, headcount grew by 9,422 to 85,543 associates. Of this number, some 44,000 associates work in software development.
