Jan Brockmann

CEO of the Bosch Home Comfort Group

Jan Brockmann has been CEO of the Bosch Home Comfort Group since January 1, 2021. His responsibilities include the Electric Solutions, Combustion Solutions, Climate & Well-being as well as Industrial business units. He is also responsible for corporate strategy, corporate communications and governmental affairs. He is also Chairman of the Executive Council of the Association of the European Heating Industry (ehi) and President of the Federal Association of the German Heating Industry (BDH).

Born in Hamburg on December 13, 1966, Jan Brockmann is married and has two children. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig and holds an MBA from INSEAD/France.

He joined the Bosch Group in 2021. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at Electrolux in Sweden and before that worked for Volkswagen.

Bosch Home Comfort Group is a leading European provider of smart, sustainable and energy-efficient heating, cooling, well-being and process heat solutions.
