Bosch is expanding the Professional 18V System lineup in its new garden tools segment to include the GRA 18V2-46 Professional cordless lawnmower. It is the first 18V tool in the product range to be powered by two 18V batteries, allowing professionals to mow an area of up to 1,000 m2 using two ProCore 18V batteries with 12.0 Ah. Starting this fall, the GAL 18V2-320 Professional promises a new standard in charging, as the first dual charger that can charge two 18V batteries at the same time with up to 16 amperes – faster than ever before. The charger makes it possible to fully charge two 12.0 Ah batteries in just 55 minutes, giving professional users like facility managers even more efficiency and flexibility on the job. This will allow them to handle all their tasks with the Professional 18V System – from repairs and maintenance to caring for outdoor spaces – and to switch back and forth flexibly between screwdrivers, saws, angle grinders, and outdoor power equipment. The battery system even goes beyond the Bosch range, thanks to multiple partners in the multi-brand AmpShare battery alliance. Many brands. Many tools. One battery system: This saves tradespeople time, space, and money.

GRA 18V2-46 Professional cordless lawnmower in detail

The GRA 18V2-46 Professional cordless lawnmower features a cutting width of 46 cm and is a powerful Biturbo tool with a brushless motor and an area capacity of up to 1,000 m2. Thanks to its full metal deck, the GRA 18V2-46 Professional is an especially durable and sturdy 3-in-1 mower that cuts, collects, and mulches. The cutting height is easy to set to between 30 and 70 mm, with a grass box capacity of 60 l. For mulching, the user can simply replace the foldable grass box with the included mulching plug, to spread the cut grass on the lawn as fertilizer. Another major advantage compared to competitor models is its high-quality metal handle frame with a quick-release lock for height adjustment. The GRA 18V2-46 Professional can also be stored upright to save space: Simply remove the grass box, fold down the handle, and set up the device comfortably. In this way, the lawn mower takes up only a minimum of space in the van, for example.

GAL 18V2-320 Professional dual charger in detail

The GAL 18V2-320 Professional dual charger delivers added efficiency for experts. Optimized for use, transport, and storage in the L-Boxx, it can be used as a mobile charging station, plus it can charge two 18V batteries simultaneously and faster than ever before, with a maximum of 16 amperes. At the touch of a button, professionals can choose from three different modes: The Power Boost mode charges batteries as quickly as possible, delivering a full charge to two of the new 8.0 Ah ProCore18V+ batteries in just 44 minutes – and a 50 percent charge in a mere 15 minutes. The Long-Life mode, which ensures the maximum product life of the batteries, is recommended whenever time is not of the essence. And the Standard mode provides the optimum combination of charging performance and battery product life. Active Air Cooling 3.0, which cools batteries even more efficiently than before, reduces downtime. Another feature is the LED display, which makes it easy to check the selected charging mode, battery charging level, and status of the charging process and the cooling at any time. The charger also comes with a USB-C connector for charging mobile devices, as well as a wall bracket for stationary use in the workshop.

The GRA 18V2-46 Professional cordless lawnmower is available as of now, with more outdoor power equipment to follow successively. The GAL 18V2-320 Professional dual charger is scheduled for release in fall 2024. All prices are recommended retail prices and do not include VAT.
