Sawing with more ease, power, and precision: Bosch is now extending the ‘Professional 18V System’ for trade and industry with the compact and mobile Biturbo miter saw GCM 18V-216 DC Professional. It is comparable to a corded tool with 1,600 W and offers the highest number of cuts per battery charge in its class (using ‘Eco’ mode and a ProCore18V 8.0 Ah battery): Up to 267 cuts through 60 x 80 mm spruce squared timber are possible with a single battery charge. This is nearly 40 percent more than the best 36V competitor model and almost 90 percent more than the best 18V competitor model ‒ confirmed by an independent testing institute. Furthermore, the ‘Professional 18V System’ covers all other significant 18V applications that, thanks to cross-manufacturer compatibility, go even beyond Bosch. Many brands, many tools, one battery system: All tools ‒ from compact drill drivers to the new miter saw – can be operated with the same 18V lithium-ion battery and charger. Tradespeople therefore save time, space, and money.
