Worn wiper blades should be replaced on time – no matter whether after the cold and wet autumn and winter season or prior to a hot summer. Using the free-of-charge Bosch wiper-blade app, car drivers and owners can easily and quickly identify the matching wiper blade for their vehicle. Following a comprehensive data update, the app now includes both new and improved features as well as a modern design. It is available for download at the App Store for iOS and at the Google Play Store for Android devices.

Thanks to the intuitive handling, matching front and rear wiper blades can now be identified even easier and more exact. In addition, identified wiper blades can now be saved as favorites. In this manner, the user has all relevant information at his hands, for instance for his next purchase. Furthermore, the product finder for Bosch wiper blades has been redesigned. In addition to its use via app, it is now also available online at www.boschwiperblades.com – optimized for display on mobile devices online.

New: Comfortable product comparison of identified types of wiper blades

Once the user entered the required vehicle data, the wiper-blade app and the website list all matching wiper blades. Neatly arranged information about different types of Bosch wiper blades eases the selection and displays alternatives meeting the individual requirements of the car drivers. The wiper blade selected by the user can be identified unambiguously by means of a short search number and can thus easily be found on the shelf, for instance. What is more, a video can be accessed for each of the wiper blades. It lucidly illustrates how to fit the respective wiper blade and thus supports the driver concerning wiper blade replacement.

Wiper-blade app is useful for workshops

When servicing customer vehicles, even workshops benefit from the quick wiper-blade product finder. Thanks to the quick mobile search for the wiper blade matching the customer vehicle, time can be saved and the customer can be advised right away.

International: more than 15 languages included at the wiper-blade search

While the first version of the Bosch wiper-blade app was only available in German, following the update it is now available in almost all European countries as an international app and website. Versions for Latin America, Africa and the Arabic world are currently being developed.
