These three new tools make gardening even easier: Bosch expands the 18 V „Power for All“ battery system by the grass and shrub shear AdvancedShear 18V-10 as well as the hedge cutters UniversalHedgeCut 18V-50 and -55. The 18 V system from Bosch today already comprises around 40 DIY, garden, and home appliances – and even goes beyond the Bosch range thanks to the “Power for All Alliance”. All tools – from rotary hammer to lawn mower – can be operated with one and the same 18 V lithium-ion battery. Only one charger per volt class is required. This saves DIYers space and money and protects the environment. Another significant advantage of the new tools is the tried-and-tested Bosch Anti-Blocking system. It ensures that work progresses continuously and rapidly, even when tackling thicker branches: If the blades fail to cut through a thick or particularly hard branch at the first attempt, micro-electronics control the motor to regulate the running direction of the blades so that they are repeatedly applied to the same point until the branch has been cut through. This feature is unique to Bosch.
