Bosch’s two new leveling tools – the 360° GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional line laser and the GCL 12V-50-22 CG Professional combi laser – make it easier for professionals in the trade to achieve precise alignment indoors, for example when installing drywall and suspended ceilings, laying tiles and cables, aligning sockets and light switches, and installing cabinets. Both tools can be operated with rechargeable batteries from the Bosch Professional 12V System and – using an adapter – with four AA batteries. This guarantees maximum flexibility.

The two leveling tools complete Bosch Professional’s new generation of line lasers. These include three tools that have been available since September: The 360° GLL 18V-120-33 CG Professional line laser as the first line laser in the Professional 18V System, the 360° GLL 80-33 G Professional line laser, and the GLL 20-22 G Professional cross-line laser. All tools in the new generation of line lasers have green laser lines that are up to four times more visible than the red lines of comparable tools. The tools are certified in accordance with the demanding IP65 standard, guaranteeing that they are unaffected by dust and jets of water. Their shock-absorbing rubber casing and the optimized geometry of the laser towers protect against mechanical damage.

360° GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional line laser: The best-seller now even better

With the 360° GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional line laser, Bosch has made its best-selling leveling tool, the GLL 3-80 CG Professional, even better. For example, specially designed damping elements inside the tool make it even more robust. The range of the horizontal line and the two vertical lines is now greater, with a radius of 30 meters without laser receiver and 100 meters with laser receiver. Most importantly, working with the new line laser is even easier. The receiver mode no longer needs to be switched on at the tool itself but is permanently activated. The new vertical on/off switch is easier to operate with one hand and gives the GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional more stability than the horizontal switch on its predecessor. In addition, the line laser can now remain on the tripod when changing the battery, as the 12V battery is removed from above. With a 2.0 Ah battery, the runtime is up to six hours with three laser lines switched on, and up to four hours when using AA batteries. The laser lines can now be switched on and off individually both on the improved keypad on the tool and via the Bosch Leveling Remote App. Contactless operation via the app ensures high precision, as laser lines are not moved unintentionally once positioned. The LB 10 Professional universal bracket included with delivery allows for flexible fastening of the GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional using screws or magnetic adhesion.

GCL 12V-50-22 CG Professional combi laser: Cross-line and plumb points

The compact GCL 12V-50-22 CG Professional combi laser now projects an exact laser cross to the front within a larger working range of up to 25 meters – 50 meters with laser receiver – and two plumb points vertically upwards and downwards. The new U-shaped front window extends the horizontal opening angle by 20° to 140°, projecting the laser line further than the previous model, the GCL 2-50 CG Professional. The receiver mode is now also permanently activated on this tool and the laser lines can be controlled remotely via the Bosch Leveling Remote App. In addition, using the supplied highly robust RM 20 Professional rotating mount, the combi laser can be positioned very easily over U-profiles or attached using screws and magnetic adhesion. The pivot fine adjustment enables precise alignment around the fixed plumb point. For working, also a tripod can be used. The 12V rechargeable battery from the Professional 12V System with a capacity of 2.0 Ah provides power for up to eight hours. When used with AA batteries, the runtime is up to four hours.

The 360° GLL 12V-100-33 CG Professional line laser and the GCL 12V-50-22 CG Professional combi laser will be available starting in January 2025. All prices are recommended retail prices and do not include VAT.
