A powerful cordless drill driver that can handle any job thanks to various attachments – that is the Bosch FlexiClick system. Capable of driving screws extraordinarily close to borders and edges, drilling in tight corners, and even hammer drilling in concrete, the GSR 18V-90 FC Professional makes daily work easier for tradespeople such as kitchen installers, furniture builders, electricians, and plumbers – thanks to drill chuck, off-set, and right-angle attachments, as well as a one-of-a-kind rotary hammer attachment. The new FlexiClick drill driver is more compact than before and offers significantly more power. Through its user interface, it also gives users more control. The Professional 18V System covers all major 18V applications and even works with brands beyond Bosch, with additional partners in the multi-brand AmpShare battery alliance. Many brands. Many tools. One battery system: All tools ‒ from compact drill drivers to miter saws with up to 2,000W of equivalent corded power ‒ can run on the same 18V lithium-ion battery and charger, thus saving tradespeople time, space, and money.

More powerful and compact for precise work in tight spaces

Suitable for demanding applications, the brushless motor in the GSR 18V-90 FC Professional delivers significantly more performance than its predecessor, thanks to 64 Nm of hard torque and 36 Nm of soft torque, plus a rotation speed of up to 2,100 rpm. The new FlexiClick model is also 4 mm shorter, which is especially helpful for work in tight, hard-to-reach spaces, such as base kitchen cabinets.

Precision clutch and KickBack Control on demand

Like its predecessor, the GSR 18V-90 FC Professional features a precision clutch and KickBack Control. The precision clutch has an electronic control unit that prevents the tool from overtightening screws. That means less wear and tear on the material and clutch, extending the lifetime of the tool and accessories. KickBack Control offers greater protection for users: in case the drill driver suddenly and unpredictably rotates around the drilling axis – which can happen, for example, if the drill bit jams – the built-in sensor shuts off the motor in a fraction of a second. This feature prevents unexpected kickback and can reduce the risk of injury. With the user interface, professionals can choose to activate or deactivate the precision clutch or KickBack Control when, for example, tightening screws or drilling with a hole saw. Even better: the tool is ready to connect. The optionally available Bluetooth module lets users customize various features via the app to further adjust the tool to their specific needs.

The FlexiClick system at a glance

The FlexiClick system, which Bosch also offers in the 12V segment, makes the GSR 18V-90 FC Professional highly versatile. All FlexiClick attachments are simply placed against the tool and turned clockwise until they lock into place. This lets users gear up for new challenges in seconds without having to switch to a different tool. The metal drill chuck attachment GFA 18-M Professional can accommodate drills bits with diameters of up to 13 mm. The right-angle attachment GFA 18-W Professional instantly transforms the FlexiClick drill driver into an angle drill driver, enabling precise drilling and screwdriving applications in the tightest spaces. The off-set attachment GFA 18-E Professional makes working close to borders and edges easier than ever. Both attachments can be locked into 16 different positions without being removed from the tool. The rotary hammer attachment GFA 18-H Professional is unique on the market, transforming the drill driver into a powerful SDS-plus rotary hammer with 1J of impact energy. Users can use it to effortlessly drill holes up to 10 mm in diameter in concrete.

The GSR 18V-90 FC Professional will be available starting May 2023. All prices are recommended retail prices and do not include VAT. Many different accessories are available as part of the Bosch range of accessories.
