Wafer production in the new Bosch semiconductor fab

Bosch‘s new semiconductor manufacturing facility will produce integrated circuits (ICs) and micromechanical systems (MEMS). These will be built on thin silicon wafers with a diameter of eight inches. Pictured: Bosch associates carrying out visual checks of the wafers.
