Dr. Hueseyin Oezmeral - Executive Vice President Manufacturing and Quality, Bosch is also the Executive Vice President of the Regional Board of Bosch Mobility in India with responsibility for Manufacturing of Cross-divisional functions, as well as Senior Vice President for Manufacturing and Quality in India in the Power Solutions Division, and General Manager of Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Limited.
Dr. Hueseyin Oezmeral, born on 17th March 1969 in Malatya, Türkiye, is a mechanical engineer from Technical University of Aachen. He secured his PhD from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology. Recently, he received the honorary Professor title from UTCN, Romania.
He has been working for Bosch since 1999 and started his career in Bosch as a junior management program member in Reutlingen plant, Germany.
During the last 25 years of association with Bosch, he has worked in several management positions mainly in Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Functions, FCM, Technology development, IPN management, ramp up of new products and as Director for Bosch Battery Systems. His latest position was General Plant Manager at the manufacturing plant - Cluj, Romania, where he was responsible for manufacturing of automotive electronic products.
Dr. Oezmeral has worked in multiple countries, including Germany, USA, France, Türkiye, and Romania. From Jan 2024, he has started his assignment in India.
He is married with two kids. He enjoys travelling, playing backgammon and card games, playing musical instruments, and likes to explore international cuisines.
