Las Vegas, NV – Bosch eBike Systems took home top honors at the premier awards gala for the bicycle industry at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center—the Interbike Awards. Bosch’s Performance Line CX system won for “E-bike Product Innovation of the Year,” presented by Electric Bike Action. Performance Line CX raises electric mountain biking to a new level with a maximum torque of up to 75 newton meters and maximum power assistance of up to 300%, which is extremely important while riding up and over the world’s most demanding, alpine terrain. CX makes for easier frame integration as well, resulting in additional ground clearance and a 200-gram weight savings. Moreover, the robust black powder coat gives CX a durability that’s unprecedented for off-roading. “This validates Performance Line CX as being the best drive system out on the market for eMTBs,” said Claudia Wasko, General Manager of Bosch eBike Systems. “Bosch will continue to work relentlessly to bring the highest quality, most innovative eBike products to the market each and every year. CX has had a great week—first winning at the Kamikaze Games in Mammoth and now at Interbike!” World Bicycle Relief, a non-profit mobilizing people through the power of bicycles, was the beneficiary partner for this year’s gala. Interbike donated $10 from each ticket sold to support their efforts.
